Meet Me

Brittinie Stewart

She/Her

I have been married to my best friend for ten beautiful years. Together, we fought tooth and nail to bring our 6-year-old son and 1-year-old daughter into the world. We are no strangers to the world of infertility, IVF, & loss. We are complete homebodies who spend most of our time chasing our babies in our backyard. I am currently in my last year of graduate school to become a Marriage and Family Therapist. I fully believe in therapy, as I have seen the benefits of talking to a therapist in my own life.

When Iā€™m not studying or preparing to work with future clients, I enjoy writing, savoring the taste of a freshly brewed cup of coffee, gardening, traveling and exploring the outdoors. I really enjoy living a slow and quiet life.

Why Choose Me as Your Therapist?

Expertise and Experience

With a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and soon-to-be Master of Marriage and Family Therapy, my educational background equips me with a deep understanding of the complexities of society and the human mind. It allows me to tailor my approach specifically to your needs.

Empathy and Compassion

Empathy and compassion lie at the core of my therapeutic practice. I genuinely care about your well-being and strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions. By building a strong therapeutic alliance, I encourage open dialogue and create an atmosphere of trust, where you can share and process your deepest concerns without fear of judgment.

Holistic Approach

Recognizing that each individual is unique, I embrace a holistic approach to therapy. I understand that emotional well-being is deeply intertwined with physical, social, and spiritual aspects of your life. By taking a comprehensive view of your experiences and incorporating a range of therapeutic techniques, we will work collaboratively to address not only your immediate challenges but also the underlying factors contributing to them.
